, a warrant was issued last Monday for the arrest of the juvenile on murder charges. In a collaborative effort, the Springfield Police Firearms Investigation Unit, Massachusetts State Police VFAS, U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, and Manchester (NH) Police located and subsequently apprehended the suspect last Friday at a Manchester residence.

Following the arrest in New Hampshire, detectives from the Springfield Police Homicide Unit brought the suspect back to Massachusetts. He was then processed and booked at the Paul J. Fenton Public Safety Complex in Springfield yesterday. This is the latest development in the ongoing investigation, which is being handled by the Hampden District Attorney’s Murder Unit.
