According to her, if you decide to rent out a room for $65 per night, you will earn more than $10,000 after booking it for 155 nights. She wants to make sure her viewers know that Airbnb charges fees and that they will need to pay taxes on the income they earn. However, it’s a great way to make money by using the space you already have.
