Thousand Oaks Man Convicted of Torturing Daughter, Faces Life in Prison After Guilty Verdict

A heinous case of child abuse in Thousand Oaks has concluded with the conviction of Tekquan Alexander, a 28-year-old man found guilty of inflicting severe and disabling injuries on his 4-year-old daughter. According to information released by the

This repeated violence led to the child suffering “catastrophic” injuries to her brain and spine, resulting in a coma. The tragic consequences stemmed from incidents including one where the child was beaten for wetting the bed. The severity of the beatings left the girl unresponsive in the bathroom of their home.
