DDN – A severe two-car crash in the City of Industry killed three people and resulted in one arrest, according to authorities.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Temple and Azusa avenues, involving a gray Jeep and a black car.
A CHP spokesperson verified to KTLA that the Jeep T-boned the black vehicle, forcing both to turn over.
KTLA video captured the crumpled vehicles at the junction; while the Jeep stayed largely intact on its side, the second vehicle was severely damaged.

Two of the deaths were verified to be occupants of the black vehicle. The third person was transferred to a hospital and eventually died, but officials were unable to determine whose vehicle they were in.
According to CHP, the driver of the Jeep was arrested; however, a CHP spokeswoman was unable to confirm whether they were charged with DUI.
