Tulsa Resident Among Multiple Individuals Charged in November Grand Jury Indictments

The indictments returned by the November Federal Grand Jury, which charge individuals with a variety of federal offenses, were recently made public by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Cherokee Nation member Tony Eugene Bahe, 37, of Tulsa, is charged with several drug-related offenses, including possession of cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine with intent to distribute. He is also charged with possessing a handgun connected to drug trafficking and distributing drugs out of two homes. Despite having previous felony convictions, vagrant Clinton Dewayne Collins, 56, is charged with unlawfully possessing a handgun. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Wilmer Henry Cummings, Jr., 66, of Tulsa, is charged with hiding his spouse’s death in order to illegally get more than $4,000 in supplemental security income benefits.

Despite having prior felony convictions, Jenks resident Justin Scott Graham, 42, is accused of possessing a pistol and ammo. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Homeland Security Investigations, the Tulsa Police Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration are among the agencies leading the case. Assistant U.S. Attorneys are in charge of the prosecution. Until a person is proven guilty in court, they are all presumed innocent.
