Two firefighters sustained minor injuries while combating a two-alarm blaze in Astoria, Queens. The fire erupted yesterday evening just before the 7 p.m. mark at a building on 18-32 Steinway Street. Both individuals were transported to Elmhurst Hospital for treatment following the incident, as reported byABC7NY. The Fire Department of New York (FDNY) was able to get the situation under control at around 8:20 p.m.
