An 18-year-old man lost his life early yesterday in Turlock after an alleged shooting incident, prompting an investigation by local police authorities. According to

Jose Tamayo-Morales, a Modesto teen, was fatally shot and pronounced dead at the scene in Turlock after being struck by at least one bullet. Police were called around 3:30 a.m., and by late afternoon, 59-year-old Troy Cannon was arrested with help from License Plate Reader technology, as reported by
