Known also to frequent the Castro Valley and Hayward areas, Lamb, 41, is described as a white female standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.
The authorities have expressed concern for her safety and urgently request the public’s assistance in locating her.
