Washington D.C. Man Pleads Guilty to Carjacking Valet Driver, Faces 8 Years in Prison

In a recent declaration provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Raymond Davese, a 38-year-old man from Washington, D.C., has entered a guilty plea for charges related to a carjacking incident that took place in June of this year. Davese, who has been detained since June 7, after the carjacking of a valet driver, agreed to an 8-year prison sentence, followed by three years of supervised release,

The carjacking occurred in Southeast D.C. where the valet was assaulted as she parked a client’s SUV.
