Wisconsin Man Gets 22-year Federal Sentence for Filming Sexual Abuse of Multiple Minors

BELOIT, Wis. (DDN) – A guy from southern Wisconsin who allegedly recorded himself sexually assaulting five different youngsters was sentenced to more than 22 years in federal prison for creating child pornography.

According to an announcement from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin, Misael Dominguez Adorno, 25, was sentenced to 22 and a half years in federal prison on Tuesday for manufacturing child pornography.

According to court documents, Dominguez Adorno pleaded guilty on October 9, 2024.

The investigation into Dominguez Adorno began in November 2022, when Beloit Police received a CyberTip indicating that sexually explicit photographs had been posted to the internet at his apartment. A search warrant resulted in the confiscation of several cell phones, iPads, PCs, and flash drives.

Dominguez Adorno was discovered by authorities to have recorded himself sexually assaulting five youngsters, all of whom have been named. It was also discovered that Dominguez Adorno had received sexually graphic photographs from a sixth minor victim.

Dominguez-Adorno is believed to have created the videos between October 2020 and March 2022. Dominguez Adorno’s prison sentence will be followed by 25 years of supervised release.

The Beloit Police Department, the Wisconsin Department of Justice, the Division of Criminal Investigation, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation all investigated Dominquez Adorno before charging him.

It was also part of Project Safe Childhood, a national campaign to prevent child sexual exploitation and abuse.
