Police detained Noah Mata, 36, after it was determined the gunshot had originated from his apartment. As per officials, the fatal shot was allegedly fired as Mata attempted to disarm another male in his residence. The stray bullet tragically ended the life of the female in the neighboring apartment. Mata is now facing charges of 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery and is currently being held in Travis County jail.
