The tragic moments when an Ohio lady shot another person dead following a nocturnal altercation are captured on cell phone film. Although the defendant, 23-year-old Akira Fletcher, claimed self-defense, Hamilton County prosecutors contended that the killing of 29-year-old Nyema Norton constituted murder.
Although the clip that Fletcher uploaded on Facebook has since been removed, both segments are included in the embed below.

Video from the July 12 incident shows Norton and another lady outside Fletcher’s car in a parking lot.According to the earlier report, Fletcher noted that she had made two 911 calls.
She added, “I was getting rocks thrown at me, getting punched in the face, and Nyema trying to get into my car.”
Fletcher and the women can be seen taunting each other in the footage. In the first video, the women seemed to smash out Fletcher’s back window.
Fletcher continuously yelled at the women, threatening to shoot them, at one point in the footage.

The second video starts with Fletcher’s car halted and the driver’s window seems to be broken out, although the previous video concluded with her seemingly starting to drive away. A car stands between Norton and the other woman on the sidewalk and Fletcher’s car.
Fletcher continually warned them that they would be sent to jail. Hit me once more.
Before lunging through the damaged driver’s side glass, Norton stepped forward and briefly reached down out of the camera’s line of sight. Fletcher fired four shots.
According to Fletcher’s account, she attacked me by smashing out the driver-side glass, tried to stab me inside my car, and I allowed her to beat me while I was phoning 911 to get assistance. I repeatedly and repeatedly told them to stop. I let her punch me several times, but I never got out of my car to fight or anything.
On August 26, Norton was declared dead from her wounds, but she and the other woman were both shot.
According to internet records, a hearing in the case is scheduled for Tuesday.
