Daddy Matty’s BBQ, Madison
This restaurant does not serve any nuts and has a Southwestern influence. They serve a variety of BBQ dishes. The menu includes dry-rubbed beef brisket, pulled pork or chicken, sausage sandwiches, baby-back ribs, and a combo platter. Bearded One BBQ, Monroe
Pitmaster Chris D’Addario has turned his successful BBQ competition team and food truck into a permanent location. He barbecues his special dishes at a lot near the highway in Monroe, which is called The Spot. Some popular choices among fans are pulled pork, pork spare ribs, a pulled chicken sandwich, beef brisket, and smoke-fried wings. The menu also includes quesadillas, tacos, cheesesteaks, grilled cheese, burgers, and loaded pork fries.

The Brisket Guy BBQ, Springfield
The Brisket Guy serves slow-cooked Texas-style BBQ with a twist of Guyanese flavors. The menu highlights include brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, and smoked chicken. Mutiny specializes in small-batch craft barbecue that incorporates the flavors of Texas, the Carolinas, Memphis, Kansas City, and Louisiana. Each week, we have a variety of delicious options to choose from, including pulled pork, ribs, brisket, turkey, wings, and homemade sides. Additionally, we offer a different special every week. Some examples of the food items available are the BBQ Cubano Sandwich, Brisko Fries, Hawaiian Style Pork Wrap, Smoked Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, and Strawberry Hand Pies. This place allows you to bring your own beverages and has both indoor seating and an outdoor area where dogs are welcome.
