Early Morning Crash in Glenview Claims Three Lives, Police Continue to Investigate Tragic Incident

CHICAGO (DDN) – On Sunday morning, there was a terrible crash in Glenview, Illinois, that resulted in the deaths of three persons. Their identities have now been confirmed.

According to the police, a car was completely on fire when police and fire services arrived at the scene of a single-vehicle incident on West Lake Avenue in the 3700 block at approximately 4:30 a.m.

After the fire was put out, the victims were discovered inside. All three of them died at the location.

The Medical Examiner’s Office named the victims on Thursday. They were 22-year-old Wesley Beitler from Aurora, Illinois; 20-year-old Khaliunaa Mungunkhuu from Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin; and 22-year-old Bryce Reinhard from Naperville, Illinois.

The Glenview Police Traffic Unit and the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force Major Crash Assistance Team are still looking into the accident.
