LANSING, Mich. (DDN) – Lansing Police confirmed that a teen died in a car vs pedestrian accident that occurred in Lansing on Friday night.
Around 8 p.m., the Lansing Police Department (LPD) received reports of a car vs. person crash at the 103-mile marker on WB I96. Officers were dispatched to the scene.
Police discovered a “male juvenile” there and declared him dead on the spot.

LPD did not provide any information on the boy’s age or the nature of his injuries. The police were only able to ascertain that a male under the age of 18 had died at the spot. Officials were not able to confirm any other information regarding the accident.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
