Jason Tibbetts from the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department brought his “Who Done It” presentation to local Councils on Aging. Known for bringing crime scene investigation to life, Lt. Tibbetts offered a unique brand of education and entertainment, blending law enforcement techniques with a participatory whodunit experience.
