West Adams
Residents of West Adams, a historic neighborhood in South LA, face a significant risk of falling victim to crime, with a 1 in 15 chance. Gun violence, robbery, assault, and theft are among the most prevalent crimes.
Wholesale District
Located within the region is a sprawling homeless encampment, which happens to be one of the largest in the country. The area has received a “F” safety rating according to Crimegrade. According to recent statistics, it has been revealed that an incident of crime takes place in this area approximately every 2 hours and 5 minutes. Additionally, the chances of experiencing a home robbery are significantly higher, with a 300% increase if a home security system is not installed. Drug and gang activity are frequently observed in the area.

Hollywood
This is a different side of Hollywood, one that is rarely portrayed on television. According to data, crime rates in Los Angeles are significantly higher than the national average, despite its popularity as a tourist destination and central location.
South Los Angeles
South LA is home to a number of lesser-known treasures, yet unfortunately, the region still grapples with crime rates that surpass the national average. According to a report by PropertyClub, South LA has a crime rate of 4,268 per 100,000 people. According to statistics, crime rates have significantly dropped since the 1990s in the area previously referred to as “South Central.”
Compton

Watts

Fashion District

North Hollywood
