Elderly Woman Arrested for Shoplifting Cheap Wine

Beth Ann Rose, who is 62 years old and lives in Manheim, PA, got into legal trouble after a small retail theft incident on March 7th, 2024. Police officers from the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) were sent to the Wine and Spirits store at 1036 Lititz Pike in Warwick Township after they were told about a theft.

The NLCRPD investigations found that Rose took a box of wine worth less than $5.00 without paying for it before leaving the store. Rose has been charged with Summary Retail Theft, even though the stolen item was not worth much.

The charges were filed in front of MDJ Stauffer on March 15, 2024, which shows that action was taken quickly after the incident. Beth Ann Rose, who is a white female, is 5’3″ tall and weighs 175 lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Now, she will have to face the legal consequences for what she did.
