Method to Find The Fastest Growing Cities In Washington for 2024

We used Saturday Night Science to determine which cities are experiencing the highest growth rates. We analyzed the growth rates of cities since the start of the decade, using data from the American Community Survey released by the census every year. In more detail:

  • Population in 2010
  • Growth rate from 2010 to Current

We have organized all 121 cities in Washington with a population of over 5,000 people based on their growth rate, from the highest to the lowest. The city that had the highest growth rate during this time was given the title of the fastest-growing city in the Evergreen State.
