These U.S. Cities at Top on Internet List For Being Awesome

People love to talk about city pride, especially when it comes to pro sports teams and famous citizens. But another thing that really gets people talking is a “best-of” Internet list. “Most Livable City,” means a city that is considered very comfortable to live in. “Sexiest City,” refers to a city that is considered attractive or appealing. “Best Small Town to Start a Knitting Blog,” means a small town that is considered a great place to begin a blog about knitting.

But what about a list that ranks the cities at the top of most lists?!?! It’s quite self-referential, isn’t it? Well, that’s exactly what we’ve put together. We collected 44 best-of lists from various websites and ranked cities based on their positions. After counting the results, we found that out of 50 places, there are towns that excel in almost everything!

Austin, Texas

It’s likely that you know at least two people you spoke to today who are considering moving to Austin. That’s why Austin, the capital of Texas, is ranked as the top city to invest in housing. The city that is growing the second fastest in the country is also considered to be very trendy and fashionable. It is known for having excellent food, exciting nightlife, and plenty of job opportunities.

Raleigh, North Carolina

Raleigh is currently experiencing a significant increase in business activity. Raleigh is the fastest growing city outside of Texas and is ranked #1 for “business and careers,” even though it is very close to Duke University. It also made it into the top 10 best cities for “young professionals,” “young entrepreneurs,” and “raising a family.”

Chicago, Illinois

Chicago is often referred to as America’s Second City, even though it is actually the third largest city in the country. Small, specific information…). Chicago is skilled in many areas but doesn’t excel in any particular one. It can be described as a jack of all trades and master of none. However, it still ranks at #12 because it is highly regarded for its “food,” “sports,” and “skylines,” and is also considered a popular tourist destination.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

If you are retired and enjoy staying in luxurious hotels, then your ideal vacation destination for 2015 awaits you. Philly was ranked number one for “nice hotels,” in addition to being known for its best cheesesteaks. However, the only list of Best Travel Destinations it made was from the AARP. Even if you don’t use your IRA to stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia, the city is also known for its good food, beautiful skylines, and a large number of single people. It is uncertain whether those singles are in their eighties or not.

Denver, Colorado

While there isn’t an official list of the “Best Cities for Weed” yet, Denver is known for its expertise in other substances, particularly beer. It ranks #2 in terms of beer consumption. If you’re interested in opening a gym, brewery, or marijuana dispensary, this is a great place to consider. It has a strong reputation for fitness, health, and business.

Miami, Florida

If you’ve spent more than a weekend in Miami, you’ll know that the city doesn’t excel in many areas. However, when it comes to their strengths, they excel more than anyone else. The 305 only appeared on six out of the 44 lists, but it still ranked in the top 15. It was ranked as the top destination for “most sex” and “best nightlife,” and second for “most popular tourist destination” and “sexiest.” Overall, the results show that there is a higher concentration in the upper part. However, this is a common trend among most of Miami’s population.
