If you watch the video, you’ll see that it’s not really an apartment. It’s more like a small room. The title referred to it as “the smallest apartment in NYC”. The location is called “Midtown West”, which refers to the western side of Central Park. It mainly includes Hell’s Kitchen and Hudson Yards, but not Chelsea. A similar unit in Chelsea would likely be five times more expensive.
