According to recent findings, a city in California has emerged as the frontrunner for the “most envied” lifestyles in America.

In a recent national survey conducted by Moving Feedback, Calabasas has emerged as the top-ranked suburban lifestyle destination among 175 contenders. This accolade solidifies Calabasas’ position as one of the most enviable places to live in the country.

A recent study has revealed that Calabasas has been recognized for its appealing suburban atmosphere and its convenient location near the thriving entertainment industry.

The survey highlighted the picturesque Santa Monica Mountains that surround the area, emphasizing the residents’ ability to appreciate the natural beauty, explore hiking trails, and make use of the open spaces.

Calabasas is conveniently located near Los Angeles, providing residents with easy access to a wide range of cultural events, dining experiences, and career opportunities. This makes Calabasas an attractive place to live, where the best of both worlds come together.

Based on the most recent U.S. Census data, the population of Calabasas is reported to be 23,130. The average median household income in the area is $126,178, comparable to incomes in nearby neighborhoods such as Bel-Air and Hidden Hills.

According to the city’s website, Calabasas spans an area of 13.3 square miles and is situated approximately 22 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles.

This city is widely recognized for its wealthy residents, who happen to include numerous Hollywood celebrities such as the Kardashian-Jenner family, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Drake, Jessica Simpson, and many others.

In second place was Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with Huntington Bay, New York, SouthPark, North Carolina, and Forest Acres, South Carolina following closely behind to complete the top five.
